Recently attended Mega Meet in Novi, Michigan. This was my third time back. Each year we learned more about shopping for scrapbooking products at this large convention center. Always the weekend before Mother’s Day.
Part 1. See many vendors, shop, take classes, see new products. Wednesday night Round Robin where the vendors parade through to show you their new products. Must register ahead of time. You get a goodie bag from each vendor. Worth the price!

Recently watched a Ted Talk about Highly Sensitive People (HSP). The speaker says “Sensitivity has a PR problem! To be highly sensitive is to be flawed.”. For 15-20% of population, and includes both male and females. Remember, it’s not an illness, and not a choice. We need to accept and appreciate sensitive traits. Imagine!
Someone gave me really good advice for making videos — just do it. If you wait until you know everything, you’ll never get around to doing it. I started simply and have gotten better and learned along the way.

This video’s title is called “The price of shame” and it caught my eye because of the recent #MeToo discussions in the news. This Ted talk is by Monica Lewinsky. She explains her experiences in this 22 minutes made me stop and think about the language that I use and how it may affect people.
Learned a great idea for quickly identifying your re-inkers! I store my re-inkers in an Ikea Alex drawer unit and found it was not easy to see the color names, so this idea let’s me see the color on the tab of the bottles!
