Recently saw the new We R Memory Keepers Foil Quill Magnetic Mat used for holding foil in place using magnets. That got me thinking about how I could hold my stencils in place with my Misti. You can tape down your stencil to hold it in place while you use it ink your project, or you can use your Misti’s magnets to hold it still.
Oh, the other new item was the Wendy Vecchi Make Art Stay-Tion (it’s a magnetic board too), I forgot to mention this in the video. It’s less than $20, comes with four large round magnets and a long ruler. Makes for a handy flat surface to hold your stencil on your paper so you do not need to tape it down when inking. Again, another alternative is to use the Misti, if you have one of those.
