Recently watched this YouTube video and I had to share because I thought it contained such a good description of Feminism. I’ve always been passionate about clothes, toys, roles and such, are not gender-based.
Why is Feminism seen as a negative thing? The author, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, says “It’s often thought of that crazy woman that hits man and doesn’t shave”. She also was sincere about advising parents without having children of her own and how much harder it is! Her book is called A Feminist Manifesto in Fifteen Suggestions.
Be yourself, don’t let things ruin your spirit. Don’t have resentment. Open the door, not due to Chivalry, but as a nice gesture that you would do for everyone.
