Efficient Paper Organization

If you are a scrapbooker, chances are you have a ton of 12×12 paper. See how I organize my paper after scrapbooking for over 20 years. As a matter of fact, organize along with me!

In my craft room, I am fortunate to have a tall shelving unit. The top two shelves contain stamp sets, stored in bins and baskets. Then the bottom three shelves house my paper. I have both 12×12 and 8.5×11-sized cardstock.

Notice that in one of the vertical storage containers, I have a rainbow of colors. I take this bin to crop with when I go on trips. I love these vertical storage bins, they hold a ton of paper. It’s much easier to retrieve papers in and out of than using boxes or racks.

I have my patterned paper sorted by themes — Seasons, Holidays, Events. I want to be able to grab certain paper for my scrapbook layouts quickly. This has been working very well.
