Brother Scan ‘N Cut Introduction

Recently card making and scrapbooking friends have asking about the Brother ScanNCut machine and I wanted to make a quick introduction video to explain what this electronic cutting machine can do for you!

The ScanNCut 2, or CW650 is used in my video. It’s got a bigger screen and more internal shapes built into it. It runs about $450, but with the newer model coming out, I think the price will be lowering. The Scan and Cut original is selling for $250 and it’s a great option too, and will allow you to do the things I show in my video — that is, scan and cut!

I wanted to get the Brother ScanNCut for a few reasons. First, I wanted to use it in place of coordinating dies for my stamps – this way I could purchase more stamps, see my evil plan! But I’m discovering other reasons, such as fussy cutting shapes on patterned paper, scanning any shape so I don’t have to purchase a Cricut cartridge, etc.
